- cut out sugars ,in the diet, avoid sweet fruits and sugars
- sugar makes cancer cells grow with the cancer receptors which are much prone to sugar
- go for low glycemic foods
- sprouts high in nutrition and enzymes
- juicing greens chlorophyll, antioxidants, wheatgrass
- phyto nutrients
- pure water , filtered
- exercise to get more oxygen into the system
